Résumé
This report presents the findings of a participatory action research project conducted in collaboration with the City of Victoriaville to make municipal communications clearer, more accessible, and easier to use. Through collaboration between municipal staff and people with disabilities, the research helped transform communication practices, develop inclusive tools, and identify recommendations that can be applied by other public organizations.
