Résumé

This guide presents an approach to making municipal communications clearer, more accessible, and easier to use. Based on a participatory action research project conducted in collaboration with the City of Victoriaville, it outlines five steps to improve communication practices through collaboration between municipal staff and community members, particularly people with disabilities. It provides practical advice, tools, and concrete examples to help other public organizations implement a similar approach.
